BirdiePay

Course agreement

This page describes the software subscription between BirdiePay and a golf course. It is not the golfer booking terms.

Last updated: 2026-07-26

Who this covers

This agreement is for the golf course that uses BirdiePay to publish tee times, take bookings, and run day-of operations. Golfers using the public booking page are covered by the Terms.

Course operators should review this agreement with their own counsel before relying on it. A signed order, if you have one, controls where it differs from this page.

What BirdiePay provides

BirdiePay provides software: a public booking page, operator tools, and connections to payment processing when the course turns that on. BirdiePay is not the golf course and does not own the tee-time inventory.

Subscription and billing

The intended commercial model is a flat monthly software subscription. BirdiePay does not take a percentage of golfer payments unless a written order says otherwise. This page does not set a price. The monthly amount, any founding price, and any setup fee are whatever the written order states.

Unless a written order says otherwise, the subscription is month to month. Either party may stop it going forward. This page does not promise a refund of fees already incurred.

A founding price, if it appears in a written order, stays at the agreed monthly amount for as long as that order says. Nothing on this page locks a price by itself.

Card processing

Card payments are processed by Stripe under the course’s Stripe relationship. Stripe’s processing fees are separate from the BirdiePay subscription. BirdiePay does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Course policies

The course writes its own cancellation, refund, and no-show policy and publishes it to golfers in the booking flow. BirdiePay displays that policy. BirdiePay does not decide whether a golfer is owed a refund.

What this page does not promise

This page does not promise a specific uptime, a security certification, uninterrupted payment availability, or a particular legal outcome. It also does not include indemnification or a damages cap. Those subjects need a document prepared with counsel, not this summary.
