BirdiePay
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of BirdiePay’s golf-course booking and operations software.
Last updated: 2026-07-26
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using BirdiePay’s public booking pages or related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Course operators may have additional agreements with BirdiePay that govern their use of the operations tools.
BirdiePay’s role
BirdiePay provides software that helps golf courses publish tee times, accept bookings, and run day-of operations tools. BirdiePay is not the golf course and does not itself provide golf services, tee-time inventory ownership, or course facilities.
Golf courses control play policies
The applicable golf course controls tee-time availability, pricing, refunds, cancellations, pace-of-play rules, dress codes, and other course policies, unless a specific BirdiePay screen expressly states otherwise for that booking.
Accurate information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information. Incorrect details may delay check-in or prevent the course from reaching you about your tee time.
Payment terms
Online card payment processing through Stripe is planned and not yet implemented in the live product as of these Terms. Until payment processing is enabled and disclosed at checkout, amounts shown may reflect course pricing for pay-at-course or other course-directed settlement. Final payment terms will be updated when Stripe (or another processor) is live.
Cancellations, refunds, deposits, and no-shows
Cancellations, refunds, deposits, and no-show rules are determined by the applicable golf course unless otherwise disclosed in the booking flow for that reservation. Contact the course for policy questions about a specific booking.
Acceptable use
Use BirdiePay only for lawful golf booking and related course operations. Do not attempt to disrupt service, scrape inventory in a way that harms the course or platform, or use another person’s information without permission.
Prohibited abuse or interference
You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system without authorization; bypass authentication or rate limits; introduce malware; or interfere with other users’ bookings or operator tools.
Intellectual property
BirdiePay’s software, branding, and site content are owned by BirdiePay or its licensors. Golf course names, logos, and course content remain owned by the respective courses or rights holders.
Third-party services
BirdiePay relies on third-party providers (for example hosting, database, weather data sources, and planned payment processing). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers
BirdiePay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not make guarantees about uninterrupted availability, perfect inventory accuracy, or weather forecasts. Course conditions and tee-time availability can change.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BirdiePay’s liability arising out of or relating to the software or these Terms is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision of this page. Continued use of the service after changes may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
